I pretty much agree with 'magic'. This is kind of noisy. I would also crop some, bring up the shadow area of the boat to see some more blue and add a little saturation to the blue to give it a little extra POP. Also, I would rotate the horizon about a degree clockwise.

There are no distracting elements that detract the viewers. The horizon is well defined and the muted sky adds nicely to the scene. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful image.
